Our message to our patients and their families during COVID-19, is one of reassurance that Prime Home Care/hospice nurses, home health aides and our entire care team are diligent with hand washing and with the use of hand sanitizer before and after any patient treatment– this practice is at the core of keeping germs at bay and what we do on a day to day basis already. Nursing staff will also ask patients to wash and sanitize hands during every care visit. Calls to patients in between home visits may increase as communication during this time is very important.

Our thoughts go out to health care workers everywhere as they do what they are called to do during this unprecedented time. We are all in this together, and we will get through it.

Our patient-centered extended care services are available for people who want to remain in their home and require care anywhere from two hours up to round-the-clock.
